The problem with shops are they only really deal with hardware problems like a hard drive going. It is not cost-effective for them to learn how to deal with software problems because for them it is easier just to re-install Windows.

That's fine if you have no programs installed, no files you need saving, no emails you need saving, no hardware which needs re-installing (This list could go on forever). Simply put, unless you've only had your computer an hour you have a lot of information you want saved. This is where we come in. WeI have spent years fixing software problems without the need to re-install windows. Our clients can't afford to spend hours installing everything again, or they are so new to computers they don't know how.

1. Please go to our secure payment site by clicking here.
2. Purchase your required amount of time in one hour segments (we recommend an initial amount of one hour) for £20.
3. Complete a registration form consisting of a username and password along with your contact details.
4. Please use this username to leave us a message in the Remote Assist Box (Below), this will ensure that we can access your account with your remaining minutes.
5. We will call you to take any further details of your problem before talking you through the simple connection process.

The Remote System is fully secure and allows you to connect to us, we cannot connect to you at any time without you running our remote software. Once connected we can view all files and folders, alter settings, download and install programs, in fact, almost everything we could do if we came to your house. You can see exactly what we are doing at all times and if you are unhappy at anytime, you can simply close the session which cuts us out of your system.

After the session has ended we will inform you of your remaining minutes remaining and they will stay on your account until the next time you need us. Alternatively, we will refund your unused cash back into your credit/debit card or Paypal account, whichever you used initialy to purchase your Remote Help.
